Our client is a growing IFA firm who are looking for a Client Review Team Leader to oversee a small team responsible for delivering high-quality annual review support to Financial Advisers.

This is a hands-on position where you'll combine people management with technical report writing, helping ensure clients receive an exceptional ongoing service.

You'll lead a small team while continuing to play an active role in producing annual review suitability reports, creating client review packs and liaising with product providers and advisers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Leading, mentoring and developing a team of report writers.
  • Managing workloads and service level agreements.
  • Conducting regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Handling complex review cases and technical queries.
  • Producing annual review suitability reports and client review documentation.
  • Preparing pre-review packs for advisers.
  • Building strong relationships with advisers and providers.
  • Producing management information and performance reporting.
  • Supporting process improvements and team development initiatives

Do you have the following to apply?

  • Experience writing suitability reports and client review documentation.
  • A strong understanding of financial planning processes.
  • Level 4 Diploma qualifications (or progress towards them) would be advantageous
