Our client is a leading national Independent Financial Advice firm, providing high-quality, client-centric financial planning solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Regional Manager to oversee and support a network of Independent Financial Advisers within a defined region.
As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, performance, and compliance of a panel of IFAs. You will act as a trusted business partner to advisers, driving growth, improving quality, and ensuring regulatory standards are consistently met.
- Lead, manage, and support a regional panel of Independent Financial Advisers
- Drive adviser performance through coaching, mentoring, and regular reviews
- Ensure advisers operate in line with FCA regulations, company policies, and compliance standards
- Monitor business quality, file standards, and client outcomes
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new advisers
- Identify growth opportunities and implement regional business plans
- Act as a key liaison between advisers and head office functions (Compliance, Operations, Paraplanning, Sales Support)
Strong understanding of UK financial advice regulations and compliance requirements. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) desirable.
