Our client is a leading wealth management firm who are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in raising advice quality, developing adviser capability, and supporting strong customer outcomes within a regulated financial services environment.

You will work closely with advisers and internal stakeholders to embed high standards of advice, promote professional development, and support a positive conduct culture.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing advice and client files to assess quality, suitability, and risk
  • Providing constructive feedback and coaching to support adviser development
  • Identifying themes, risks, and development needs across the adviser population
  • Designing and delivering training sessions with Advisers
  • Supporting adviser onboarding and ongoing competence assessment
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for technical and regulatory queries
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of supervision and development processes
  • Producing insight and management information to inform decision-making
  • Collaborating with compliance, leadership, and learning teams on improvement initiatives

Do you have the following to apply?

  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
  • Experience supervising, reviewing, or developing advisers in a regulated environment
  • Experience conducting file reviews and delivering balanced, developmental feedback
