We are a working with a leading national IFA firm committed to delivering exceptional financial planning and wealth management services to clients across the UK. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking two experienced Training Competence Supervisor’s to join the team, one based in the North and one based in the South . You will play a key role in overseeing the competency, development, and regulatory standards of their financial advisers. You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining an effective T C Scheme aligned to FCA requirements and Consumer Duty expectations. Role Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor a panel of Financial Advisers in accordance with the firm's T C Scheme. Conduct file reviews, observations, and competency assessments to ensure regulatory and company standards are met. Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to advisers to support continuous improvement. Assess adviser competence and provide recommendations regarding sign-off, accreditation, and supervisory requirements. Identify training needs and contribute to the design and delivery of development programmes. Maintain accurate T C records and management information.
