Our client is a national IFA firm who are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to support the growth and capability of their IFA teams. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that help advisers and support teams build technical knowledge, sharpen their advice skills, and feel confident operating in a highly regulated environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training content on industry processes, regulatory requirements, products, and best‑practice client service.
- Create interactive workshops, digital modules, and blended learning experiences that promote skill development and knowledge retention.
- Lead induction sessions for new advisers and technical staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the business.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter specialists to keep learning materials current and aligned with business priorities.
- Regularly review and improve training programmes based on learner feedback and performance outcomes.
- Work with digital learning teams to enhance eLearning resources and support the rollout of new content.
- Monitor learning engagement and flag any attendance or wellbeing concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Support project‑related training needs, especially during periods of change or business integration.
Do you have the following to apply?
- Minimum Level 4 qualified in financial planning (or equivalent).
- Strong experience designing and delivering training within financial services.
