With ambitious growth plans and significant investment behind the business, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with advisers, improving processes, and driving positive change. As an Integration Consultant , you'll play a central role in supporting newly joined firms as they transition into the wider group. You'll work directly with advisers, paraplanners, administrators and management teams to ensure a smooth adoption of systems, processes and best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Manager, Paraplanner or Operations professional looking to move into a broader, more strategic role. Role Responsibilities: Support the successful onboarding of advisory firms into the wider business. Act as a key point of contact for operational, workflow and system-related queries. Deliver engaging training sessions and create user-friendly support materials. Help advisers and support teams adopt new processes and ways of working.
