About this Role:

Leading a team of three Business Development Managers and a Marketing Specialist, this role also plays a major part in the Senior Management Team, which decides policy, strategy and budgets. In addition, the role involves working in close collaboration with the interior design team to ensure that our work delights the Client every time.

The work is interesting, varied and rewarding, with a diverse portfolio of Clients across the southern half of the UK. Projects include total refurbs for top-notch Hoteliers, whole-house interior furnishings for Private Residential Clients and, the biggest slice, stunning show homes for national and regional House Builders.

About you:

· Experience in managing sales and sales staff for a project-based business

· Strong skills in leadership and development

· Outstanding people person

· Imaginative and effective in creative marketing campaigns

· Good with the written word, including drafting contracts

· Intelligent, strategic and analytical thinker

· Some background in a creative industry

· Commutable to our offices at BS39 7SX and happy to travel to see Clients
