Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling New and Used vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and helping clients make informed purchasing decisions. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting monthly targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Advise customers on available vehicle options, including features, pricing, financing, and after-sales services.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations, including test drives, to showcase the benefits and capabilities of the cars.
  • Negotiate prices, financing terms, and trade-in options, ensuring both customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Follow up on leads, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Process sales paperwork, including contracts, trade-in appraisals, and financing applications.
  • Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and marketing activities.
