Job Summary: As an Account Executive you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and selling cloud-based contact center solutions to businesses whilst building long-term client relationships. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Generate leads, qualify prospects, conduct product demos, and close deals. Solution Selling & Relationship Management: Understand customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and build strong client relationships. Market Strategy: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors, attend events, and identify new business opportunities. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain CRM records and report on sales activities and pipeline status.
