As a Clays Games Host, you'll be the maestro of fun, turning every group booking into an epic adventure. Your mission includes:
- Liaising with the Duty Manager/Events Manager/Floor Manager regarding specific requirements.
- Introducing yourself to the lead booker and explaining your role throughout the booking.
- Encouraging team battles and friendly competition.
- Explaining how to play the games and providing hints and tips for the best experience.
- Checking in regularly with guests to ensure everyone is enjoying themselves.
- Arranging tournaments and ensuring everyone is getting involved.
- Upselling prizes and assisting guests as required.
