Summary of Position & Key Attributes
As a Shoot Captain you will bring the Clays experience to life for our guests. You will lead a section of gaming pegs, manage the guest journey, and support food & beverage services. Previous hosting and serving experience is helpful.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Highly competent with our booking system.
- Occasionally run the reception and bookings for service.
- Support the events team with group reservations.
- Play a crucial role in the smooth success of corporate events.
- Handle face‑to‑face customer enquiries as well as telephone and email queries politely and professionally.
- Deliver the full 12 steps of the game and Food & Beverage service when running a section of gaming pegs.
- Flex your skills across multiple front‑of‑house roles.
Skills, Desired Qualifications & Attributes
- Host or hospitality reception / bookings management preferred but not essential.
- Previous food and beverage service experience, restaurant or bar.
- Always looking for opportunities to improve knowledge and abilities.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating amazing experiences.
- Keen eye for detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Honest with strong moral principles.
