Summary of Position & Key Attributes: Floor Team members manage food & beverage service in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with kitchen and bar crews. The role requires self‑drive, high customer service standards, and openness to training and progression.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serving food and beverage with high customer service
- Executing the service wheel perfectly
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Presenting the F&B kiosk and instructing guests on use
- Cooperating and communicating effectively with bar, host, and kitchen staff
- Striving for best customer satisfaction
- Executing private and corporate events
- Memorising drink & food specifications
- Understanding and communicating business technology to guests
- Maintaining health & safety expectations
- Making recommendations based on knowledge and training
- Setting up for service
- Completing the Clayers Academy curriculum
- Acting as a brand champion, maintaining standards at all times

- Competitive base salary £13.17 per hour plus weekly Tronc service charge distribution.
