Weβre looking for a self-motivated individual to support the Customer Service team in providing an outstanding level of service. This role will involve working closely with Account Controllers as well as internal stakeholders, to learn and anticipate the needs of our customers as well as how to deliver them in a commercially minded way. Training for the role will be supported by the completion of a Level 3 Apprenticeship Qualification in Customer Service. Role Responsibilities: Assisting the Account Controllers in providing an outstanding level of customer service, by performing a number of key admin functions using the Clays system. Understanding and processing customer orders, advising customers where necessary. Support in dealing with quality issues, requests for schedules or estimates and queries arising from orders or data supplied by the customer. Developing strong working relationships with designated day to day contacts. Building knowledge and understanding of customers to provide holiday cover to the Account Control team. About You: This is an opportunity to be an active team player who is willing to learn. You will have a high level of attention to detail, particularly when dealing with multiple tasks in a busy environment. An ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Having experience in a customer-facing or admin role is essential. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, and willing to learn to use our in-house system. Knowledge or an enthusiasm for books and print is desirable, however full training will be provided. Hardworking with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
