We are seeking a methodical Junior Data Analyst with a strong understanding of data sources, data organisation and data storage. The successful candidate will demonstrate solid IT and mathematical skills, along with experience working with databases and analytical techniques. This role is integral to a fast-paced environment and requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively to tight deadlines.
About you
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to maintain effective working relationships within the business.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think logically and critically.
- To produce monthly direct delivery/distribution/production spreadsheets to be presented to customers.
- To build and maintain reports both in Excel and Tableau, for general business use.
- Using basic statistical methods to spot patterns, outliers, and trends that can improve operational efficiency.
- To work with General Managers to streamline data and reports, providing targeted information designed to help performance and efficiency.
- The creation and management of new and existing interactive customer scale calculators and estimating models.
- Monthly reporting for customers and Sales team, including their automation.
- Ad hoc reporting for customers and the Sales team.
- Ad hoc reporting and tasks set by the Commercial and Pricing Analyst.
- Observe and comply with all Health & Safety regulations in line with company policy.
