Clays is a growing indoor clay shooting and cocktail venue in the heart of the city. The Assistant Floor Manager will support the Floor Manager to orchestrate planning, recruitment, and execution for the new Clays location, working with the General Manager to implement service standards.
You will supervise around 13 floor colleagues, drive development via the Clayers Academy, and coordinate service between bar, floor, kitchen and hosts to deliver an unrivalled guest experience.
