About the role

We are looking for a dedicated partner manager to lead our growth efforts within the DACH region.

You will focus on building a repeatable revenue engine by managing enterprise solutions partners and driving co-sell motions.

  • What you’ll do
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise-focused solutions partners to generate pipeline and influence deal outcomes.
  • Execute co-sell motions by working alongside GTM engineers to strategize on specific opportunities.
  • Perform account mapping and pipeline reviews to uncover expansion paths and new entry points.
  • Develop and document playbooks, workflows, and internal tooling to scale partner engagement.
  • Maintain data integrity for deal registration and partner-related revenue metrics.
  • Organize joint market activities such as executive roundtables and webinars to increase brand presence.
  • Align partner capabilities with specific customer needs to ensure successful deal execution.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7+ years of professional experience in B2B Saa S partnerships, sales, or business development.
  • Full professional fluency in both English and German.
  • Proven track record of managing agencies, system integrators, or solutions partners in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with co-sell motions, referral programs, and partner-sourced revenue.
  • Ability to collaborate across internal departments including legal, sales leadership, and GTM operations.
  • Strong analytical skills regarding pipeline hygiene and account mapping.
  • Nice to have
  • Experience working with sales engineering, Rev Ops, or GTM teams.
  • Familiarity with Clay or similar platforms such as Crossbeam, Retool, or Dust.
