We are looking for a strong, passionate and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the opening team of a premium modern Italian restaurant in Hampton Court. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who loves fresh Italian food, quality ingredients, modern presentation and a professional kitchen environment.

The Role

As Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen, helping to lead the team, maintain high standards and deliver exceptional food quality from prep through to service. You must be confident, organised, hands-on and able to perform under pressure during busy services.
