Clayesmore School is seeking a highly organised, capable and relentlessly cheerful Head's PA to provide exceptional professional and administrative support to the Head. This is a key role requiring flexibility, excellent judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities with calm efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Head's diary, correspondence, emails and telephone communications
- Preparing agendas, reports and papers, and taking minutes for leadership, governance and board meetings
- Ensuring the Head is fully prepared for meetings, events and engagements
- Coordinating events, visits, travel and outward-facing school activities
- Acting as a professional first point of contact for staff, governors, parents and external partners
- Supporting admissions processes and prospective parent visits
- Line managing reception staff and supporting administrative teams as required
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous PA experience supporting a senior leader
- Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills
- A professional, discreet and approachable manner
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- A strong commitment to the values and ethos of Clayesmore School
Experience in an educational setting and knowledge of iSAMS are desirable.
