Clayesmore is seeking an organised, proactive and cheerful Admissions Assistant to support pupil recruitment and retention across the Prep and Senior Schools. Working within the Admissions and Marketing Team, you will support the admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment, acting as a key point of contact for prospective parents.

You will help to organise school visits and events, maintain accurate admissions records and represent the school at recruitment events. The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and strong IT skills (Word, Excel and Outlook essential).

Experience in admissions or within an independent school, and knowledge of iSAMS and/or Digistorm, would be an advantage. You will be highly organised, customer-focused and able to work flexibly as part of a busy team.
