Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to lead our busy and dedicated office team at Claycots School's Town Hall campus.
This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of the school, responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of office operations while providing a welcoming, professional service to pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
Working closely with the Business Manager, you will lead on key areas including attendance, medical administration, office management and administrative compliance.
You will use data to identify trends, drive improvements in pupil attendance, coordinate support for vulnerable pupils and work collaboratively with families and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for children.
As Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the school office, line managing office staff and continuously reviewing systems and processes to ensure they are efficient, effective and focused on delivering excellent customer service.
You will also play an important role in supporting the school’s approach to managing pupils\' medical needs, ensuring robust systems are in place to keep children safe and well supported.

This role would suit an experienced administrator or office manager who has worked within an educational setting, has strong people management skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a positive difference to children’s lives.
