As an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation, we create bold, accessible theatre rooted in the stories of Stoke-on-Trent.
This is a varied role working closely with our General Manager across box office, finance and general administration, while supporting our volunteers, artists and audiences.
What you’ll do: Set up performances and events on Ticket Source.
Respond to box office enquiries, ticket exchanges and customer requests.
Prepare contracts, offer letters and other routine correspondence.
Request invoices and support supplier payments and basic payroll administration.
Send box office settlements to visiting companies.
Coordinate and communicate with Front of House volunteers to support performances and events.
Provide general administrative support across the organisation.
You’ll be: Organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload.
Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems.
Experienced in administration, with some finance administration experience.
A clear communicator with excellent attention to detail.
Friendly and happy working with colleagues, volunteers and visiting companies.
Experience in theatre, the arts or charity sector, and knowledge of Ticket Source or similar booking systems, would be an advantage.
What we offer: £15.00 per hour.
