Задачи:
- Recruit, onboard, and coach GTMEs who balance technical depth with consultative selling
- Build scalable enablement systems and foster a culture of curiosity and impact
- Design frameworks, discovery methodologies, demo structures, and qualification criteria for the GTME playbook
- Balance playbook rigor with the flexibility required to solve unique challenges
- Partner with Sales leadership, Product, and Customer Success
- Synthesize patterns from complex deals and translate them into actionable product feedback
- Ensure the team has the enablement and tools needed to win
Требования:
- At least 6 years of experience leading high-performing AEs, Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers, or similar customer-facing teams
- Experience executing deals in Mid-Market/Enterprise B2B sales cycles
- Ability to navigate technical objections and win enterprise deals
- Ability to coach in the moment, stay close to deals, and build scalable structure without limiting creativity
- Passion for building systems and GTM Automation
