You’ll own the systems, content, training, and reinforcement programs that help EMEA teams ramp faster, execute with confidence, and consistently drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue. Your job is to ensure Clay’s global GTM standards translate effectively into the EMEA market. You’ll help keep our sales process, onboarding, product enablement, and skill development consistent across regions, while identifying the moments where local context, language, customer needs, or market dynamics require thoughtful adaptation. As the first dedicated enablement hire in EMEA, you’ll play a defining role in shaping how we support and scale our international teams. You’ll join Clay’s Global Enablement team and partner closely with EMEA Leadership, Sales, GS, ClayDR, Product Marketing, Product, and RevOps to build the foundation for a high-performing, globally consistent GTM organization.
What You’ll Do
- Reinforce onboarding and ever-boarding programs in-region to accelerate ramp time, improve consistency, and help new hires reach productivity faster.
- Ensure EMEA teams operate from the same global processes and performance standards while applying intentional localization where it drives impact.
- Partner with EMEA leadership to identify and prioritize performance gaps across ramp, pipeline progression, process adoption, product knowledge, and customer conversations and create targeted programs to address them.
- Build and facilitate workshops, certifications, and coaching programs that strengthen GTM skills across discovery, outbound, qualification, technical fluency, objection handling, and executive engagement.
- Partner with frontline managers to reinforce coaching habits, inspect adoption, and ensure enablement translates into consistent, measurable behaviour change.
- Surface and scale best practices from top performers across EMEA and NA into repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and coaching guides.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PMM, Product, RevOps, and GTM leadership to equip EMEA teams for product launches, evolving workflows, and high-stakes customer conversations.
We’d Love To Hear From You If
- You have 5+ years in enablement or sales, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- You’re a strong communicator and facilitator who’s comfortable running workshops, certifications, and executive-level conversations.
- You’ve built and scaled enablement programs including onboarding, ever-boarding, certifications, and playbooks that improved adoption, retention, or expansion outcomes.
- You have experience building content and managing enablement systems (e.g., Notion, Gong, or an LMS) to centralize resources and measure adoption.
- You’re AI fluent and comfortable building workflows, integrations, and automations.
- You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and know how to bring structure and clarity without slowing teams down.
- You’re curious, collaborative, and excited to partner across GTM to ensure teams are equipped to drive growth.
