Pottery teacher

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic pottery teacher/technician to join our studio. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about ceramics, enjoys sharing knowledge, and takes pride in maintaining a well-run studio. Responsibilities include teaching classes, supporting students, managing studio operations, kiln loading and firing, clay recycling, and general studio upkeep. We\’re looking for someone reliable, friendly, and excited to be part of a creative community.

Must be:

Proficient in throwing on the pottery wheel as well as other hand building techniques

have a DBS certificate

prior teaching experience preferred

fun, polite, calm under pressure

Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
