Are you an ambitious Sous Chef looking for your next opportunity in a stunning rural setting? Join our dynamic kitchen team at a busy holiday resort in Devon's countryside, offering guests exceptional food alongside relaxation and spa experiences. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation while leading and motivating the kitchen team during preparation and service. This hands-on role allows you to contribute to menu development using fresh, seasonal produce.

Pay: Up to £14.75 per hour
