About the role: Are you an ambitious Sous Chef looking for your next opportunity in a stunning rural setting? Join our dynamic kitchen team at a busy holiday resort set in the heart of Devon's countryside, offering guests exceptional food alongside relaxation and spa experiences. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will help maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation, while leading and motivating the kitchen team during preparation and service. This is a hands-on role with scope to contribute to menu development using fresh, seasonal produce.
