Role and Responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will carry out a range of service lines, with a focus on contract administration and specification writing for a wide variety of projects, mainly within the commercial property space, with clients such as the Royal Mail. As the Building Surveyor, you will join a collaborative team, where you can progress into partnership as part of a succession plan.

Person Specification

  • MRICS qualified ideally (not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • A construction consultancy background (essential)
  • Confident in contract administration and spec writing
  • Good communication – both written and verbal
