Overview

We are a well-established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support a range of public sector projects.

Responsibilities

The successful Quantity Surveyor will:

• Manage pre‑ and post‑contract duties, cost planning, and prepare tender documents.
• Liaise with clients and attend site visits.
• Handle own workload with senior support.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years UK consultancy or client‑side experience.
• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Working towards or keen to achieve MRICS chartership.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential).
• Willingness to travel across Lancashire and wider North West.
• Previous experience on public sector projects desirable.
• Strong knowledge of pre‑ and post‑contract duties.
