At Claude & Co we are about more than clothes. We design with a lot of thought, a little playfulness, and most importantly with care. We make pieces that families feel good about choosing and love wearing. We create treasured and memorable clothing, in the best quality and always with something unique that feels unmistakably Claude & Co. We’re a fast-growing and ever-evolving brand, and our team is passionate, hands-on and ambitious. Every decision ladders back to creating a brand that people trust, connect with and enjoy. Alongside this, you’ll take ownership of essential office, operational and people-related admin that supports a growing team. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys combining strategic support with hands-on organisation with professionalism and discretion.

- Identify bottlenecks & opportunities to improve administrative, office, and workflow processes
- Support project coordination across departments as required
- Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and help leaders stay focused on priorities
