At Claude & Co we are about more than clothes. We design with a lot of thought, a little playfulness, and most importantly with care. We make pieces that families feel good about choosing and love wearing. We create treasured and memorable clothing, in the best quality and always with something unique that feels unmistakably Claude & Co.

We’re a fast-growing and ever-evolving brand, and our team is passionate, hands-on and ambitious. Every decision ladders back to creating a brand that people trust, connect with and enjoy. We’re proud of the creativity, courage and care that runs through everything we do and we’re looking for someone who shares that same energy.

As the Ecommerce Executive at Claude & Co, you will own the day-to-day performance of our online store. You are the guardian of how the brand shows up digitally and how customers experience and shop our product online. You will manage the website as a commercial channel while working closely with creative, marketing and product teams to ensure everything is on-brand, considered and built to convert. From product launches and emails to site performance and customer experience, you translate strong creative into a high-performing ecommerce store. This is a hands-on role that balances commercial thinking with attention to detail and customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Running the Online Store Day to Day: You own the website, keep it running smoothly and looking its best. This includes managing the Shopify site day to day, uploading and maintaining products, pricing and collections, writing clear, on-brand product descriptions, and ensuring site navigation, merchandising and content are consistently polished and functional.
  • Launching Collections and Drops: You plan and execute the online launch of new collections and product drops. This includes coordinating product pages, collections and homepage updates, ensuring launches go live smoothly and on time, working with marketing to align email, site content and timing, and creating a clear and compelling customer journey at launch.
  • Driving Sales and Conversion: You focus on turning traffic into sales and improving how customers shop the site. This includes improving site flow, usability and checkout experience, testing layouts, messaging and product positioning, identifying opportunities to increase conversion and average order value, and using apps and tools to optimise the shopping experience.
  • Working Closely With Creative: You work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure the site reflects the brand and supports sales. This includes translating campaign imagery and concepts onto the website, supporting product storytelling and brand voice online, maintaining strong visual standards on product and homepage content, and ensuring creative direction works commercially on site.
  • Email and Customer Retention: You own email marketing as a core ecommerce revenue channel, driving traffic back to site and supporting conversion and retention. This includes planning and executing day-to-day campaigns in Klaviyo around launches, restocks and key trading moments, building and optimising automated flows, managing the email calendar in line with site activity and trading priorities, writing clear, on-brand copy that supports conversion, segmenting audiences to improve performance, and monitoring results and optimising for revenue and repeat purchase.
  • Data and Performance Tracking: You monitor performance and use insight to guide decisions. This includes tracking sales, conversion, bestsellers and customer behaviour, sharing insights with the merchandising and product teams, supporting decisions around restocks and product focus, and identifying what to promote, change or improve on site.
  • Customer Experience: You care deeply about the end-to-end customer journey. This includes keeping the online experience aligned with a premium brand feel, supporting or feeding into customer service where needed, considering delivery, returns and site communication from a customer-first perspective, and flagging issues and opportunities to improve the experience.

About You: Previous experience in an Ecommerce, Digital or Trading-focused role within fashion, retail or DTC. Confident managing a Shopify site day to day. Commercially minded with a clear understanding of conversion, customer journey and online trading principles. Comfortable interpreting ecommerce data including sales performance, conversion, bestsellers and customer behaviour. Experience using insight to inform decisions around launches, promotions and site improvements. Strong attention to detail with a high standard for presentation and accuracy. Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative communicator who works well with creative, marketing and product teams. Proactive and solutions-focused with a hands-on approach to problem solving. Comfortable working within a growing and evolving business.

What We Can Offer: A chance to be part of a fast-growing, independent brand that values creativity, collaboration, and care. A dynamic and supportive environment where your ideas and initiative make a real difference. Salary ÂŁ30-35k depending on experience. 33 days annual leave including bank holidays. Private health care option. Pension Scheme.

The Claude Way: We are honest and empathetic. We trust our intuition and each other. We bring courage and authenticity to everything we do with a good dose of fun. We are ambitious and passionate and always looking for ways to make things better. We stay kind and collaborative. We do not blame. We learn. We care about the details, go the extra mile, and are not afraid to take the road less travelled.

If that sounds like your vibe you will fit right in.
