As the Ecommerce Executive at Claude & Co, you will own the day-to-day performance of our online store. You are the guardian of how the brand shows up digitally and how customers experience and shop our product online. You will manage the website as a commercial channel while working closely with creative, marketing and product teams to ensure everything is on-brand, considered and built to convert. From product launches and emails to site performance and customer experience, you translate strong creative into a high-performing ecommerce store. This is a hands-on role that balances commercial thinking with attention to detail and customer experience.

  • Running the Online Store Day to Day
    • You own the website, keep it running smoothly and looking its best.
    • Uploading and maintaining products, pricing and collections.
    • Writing clear, on-brand product descriptions.
    • Ensuring site navigation, merchandising and content are consistently polished and functional.
    • You act as the digital shopkeeper, maintaining standards and spotting opportunities to improve how the store performs.
  • Launching Collections and Drops
    • You plan and execute the online launch of new collections and product drops.
    • Coordinating product pages, collections and homepage updates.
    • Working with marketing to align email, site content and timing.
  • Driving Sales and Conversion
    • You focus on turning traffic into sales and improving how customers shop the site.
    • Testing layouts, messaging and product positioning.
    • You are always thinking about what will help customers buy with confidence.
  • Working Closely With Creative
    • You work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure the site reflects the brand and supports sales.
    • Translating campaign imagery and concepts onto the website.
    • Supporting product storytelling and brand voice online.
    • Maintaining strong visual standards on product and homepage content.
    • Ensuring creative direction works commercially on site.
    • You bridge the gap between creative vision and ecommerce performance.
  • Email Marketing
    • You own email marketing as a core ecommerce revenue channel, driving traffic back to site and supporting conversion and retention.
    • Planning and executing day-to-day campaigns in Klaviyo around launches, restocks and key trading moments.
    • Building and optimising automated flows (abandoned cart, browse, post-purchase).
    • Managing the email calendar in line with site activity and trading priorities.
    • Writing clear, on-brand copy that supports conversion.
    • Segmenting audiences to improve performance.
    • Monitoring results and optimising for revenue and repeat purchase.
    • You ensure email is fully aligned with onsite activity and contributes meaningfully to overall ecommerce performance.
  • Data and Performance Tracking
    • You monitor performance and use insight to guide decisions.
    • Tracking sales, conversion, bestsellers and customer behaviour.
    • You are comfortable using data to inform action, not just reporting on it.
  • Customer Experience
    • Keeping the online experience aligned with a premium brand feel.
    • You help ensure shopping with us feels easy, thoughtful and considered.

Previous experience in an Ecommerce, Digital or Trading-focused role within fashion, retail or DTC.

Commercially minded with a clear understanding of conversion, customer journey and online trading principles.

Comfortable interpreting ecommerce data including sales performance, conversion, bestsellers and customer behaviour.

Experience using insight to inform decisions around launches, promotions and site improvements.

A collaborative communicator who works well with creative, marketing and product teams.
