The Role

We are looking for a Creative Producer to take ownership of how Claude & Co is brought to life across every touchpoint. You will lead the execution of creative across photo and video campaigns, product storytelling, wholesale, retail, events and brand materials. From the largest campaign to the smallest printed asset, you will ensure everything feels aligned, considered and on brand. You will work closely with the Founder and Creative Director to translate vision into execution, taking ownership of planning, decision making and delivery. This role requires someone who can think and deliver. Someone who questions, refines, and takes responsibility for getting things right and thinking outside the box, we love creative vision.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Campaign & Photoshoot Production
    • Plan and produce all brand shoots from concept through to delivery
    • Build clear, realistic shoot plans including shot lists, run of day, and full asset coverage
    • Style all looks with a strong understanding of proportion, product, and restraint signing off creative concept and styling with our creative director
    • Work closely with the product team to select pieces and ensure everything is prepared properly
    • Ensure all samples, sizes, and combinations are ready and make sense
    • Source and manage models, photographers, locations, and creative partners
    • Lead pre production so nothing is reactive or unresolved
    • Run shoots calmly and with clarity, ensuring everything is delivered as intended
    • Ensure all imagery and assets are filed, stored and communicated across departments process is key.
  • Creative Production Beyond Shoots
    • Take ownership of creative execution across all brand output
    • This includes website imagery, email and campaign assets, wholesale materials and line sheets, printed assets such as postcards and packaging, and in store touchpoints
    • Ensure every output reflects the same level of care and consistency
    • Make decisions on imagery, layout, and presentation that feel right for the brand
  • Brand Experience, Retail & Wholesale
    • Plan and deliver brand experiences including pop ups, launches, and events
    • Support the execution of wholesale and retail environments
    • Coordinate visual merchandising and physical presentation
    • Ensure the brand shows up consistently across all spaces
  • Creative Project Ownership & Alignment
    • Hold timelines across product, marketing, and creative
    • Ensure projects are thought through before execution
    • Align what is being designed, communicated, and delivered
    • Manage multiple projects with clarity and calmness
  • Brand Detail & Integrity
    • Take responsibility for how the brand is represented at every level
    • Review and sense check all outputs before they go live
    • Notice when something is not quite right and resolve it
    • Protect the integrity of the brand as it grows
  • Brand Exposure & Partnerships
    • Support collaborations, partnerships, and PR moments
    • Ensure all external brand moments feel aligned and not forced
    • Coordinate assets and execution with care

  • Experience in creative production within fashion or lifestyle
  • Strong eye for styling and visual composition
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
  • Proactive and able to make decisions independently
  • Calm, considered, and detail focussed
