We are looking for a warm, organised and confident Host to join the team at Josephine. This is a key front-of-house role. You are the first person our guests meet, so the welcome matters. A warm welcome: calm, polished, friendly and in control.
The Role
- Greeting guests warmly on arrival
- Managing the door and guest flow
- Handling reservations and table plans
- Liaising with managers and the floor team
- Managing guest requests, delays and changes professionally
