We are looking for a sharp, warm and highly capable Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. Restaurants with a strong focus on generous hospitality, proper service, good food, and a room that feels alive. This role would suit someone already working as an Assistant Manager, Senior Supervisor or even a strong Head Waiter ready to step up.
You will support the Restaurant Manager in running service, leading the floor team, maintaining standards and making sure guests leave properly looked after. You should be confident on the floor, calm under pressure, commercially aware and able to set the tone for the team. We are looking for someone who notices the details, communicates clearly and understands that good service is not just carrying plates in the right direction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Leading service and managing sections confidently
- Coaching and motivating the front-of-house team
- Maintaining high standards of hospitality, presentation and cleanliness
- Handling guest feedback professionally
- Supporting sales, upselling and commercial performance
- Helping with rotas, handovers, briefings and daily admin
- Ensuring service is warm, efficient and consistent
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a quality restaurant environment
- Strong front-of-house presence and natural confidence
- Good food, wine and service knowledge
