Biology Tutor - Lambeth in South East London

Classroom Teachers Ltd are currently looking for a tutor to work face to face with an A level SEN Student teaching Biology for 1 hour a day Monday – Friday. 5 hours a week.

The successful teacher will need to have previous experience teaching A level Biology along with a QTS.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Up to £39.67ph
2. Starting September – Long-term contracts
3. Teaching an A level student 1:1 basis at home. Parent/Guardian are always present
4. Providing a stimulating & enjoyable learning environment
5. Providing 1:1 sessions teaching A level Biology
6. Half termly – report writing

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

1. Qualified Teacher
2. Previous SEN experience or advanced understanding of SEN
3. You must be passionate and enthusiastic about teaching and be patient and caring towards children
4. Able to engage students in their own homes
5. Able to communicate with parents/guardians
6. Able to inspiring young adults
7. Able to travel to Lambeth daily
8. Hold an in date Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
