Classroom Support is a SEND specialist setting seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with complex needs (PMLD, ASC, SLD) within mixed pathways. You will help pupils access personalised curricula, promote communication and independence, and work with teachers, therapists and support staff to maintain a safe learning environment. The role requires patience, compassion and proactive collaboration to de-escalate challenging behaviours.
