A welcoming early years setting in Lewisham is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join their team. The Role:
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging EYFS activities in line with the Early Years Framework
- Work with children aged 2–5, supporting their learning through play-based and structured activities
- Promote children’s communication, language, personal, social, and emotional development
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to support their next steps in learning
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that supports each child’s individual needs
- Work closely with the EYFS team to maintain high standards of care and education
- Support daily routines including meal times, personal care, and transitions
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery or primary school reception)
- A good understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
