About the Role: Classroom Support is working closely with fantastic schools seeking dedicated ASD Teaching Assistant's to support students with autism in a classroom setting. This is a fulfilling opportunity to make a real impact on children's education and development while working in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with ASD ✅ Assist in implementing EHCPs and behaviour strategies ✅ Support students with communication, sensory, and social needs ✅ Work closely with SENCOs and teachers to create autism-friendly learning environments ✅ Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom Who We're Looking For: ✔️ Previous experience working with children with ASD (school or care setting preferred) ✔️ Understanding of autism and associated learning needs ✔️ Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach ✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✔️ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) If you're passionate about supporting children with ASD and want to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you
