This is a remote position. Join Classroom Secrets and make a real difference! Are you friendly, organised, and confident speaking with people? Do you enjoy helping customers while spotting opportunities to add value? We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers and to support schools in getting the very best from Classroom Secrets. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll support new and existing customers, guide schools through subscriptions and renewals, and play an important part in building long-term relationships within the education sector.

What you’ll get up to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers via phone and email
  • Support schools with queries, subscriptions and renewals
  • Help new customers understand our services and how to get the most from them
  • Identify sales opportunities and confidently guide schools through the purchasing process
  • Provide accurate quotes and issue invoices
  • Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers and handle inbound calls
  • Keep customer records and activity up to date in the CRM system
  • Work closely with colleagues across Classroom Secrets to deliver an excellent customer experience

Requirements What You’ll Bring:

  • A warm, friendly personality with an excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to spot and act on sales opportunities
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when working with data and written communication
  • Willingness to learn, develop and grow within the role
  • A genuine passion for education and making a positive impact
