We’re Classroom Recruiters, an education recruitment company based in Long Eaton. We help schools and child service providers find the best people to support their students – and we’re growing.

We’re now looking for someone who’s ready to learn the ropes, smash some targets, and build a career that genuinely changes lives – theirs included. Oh – and you must be a foodie. We take our work seriously… but we take snacks even more seriously. Office biscuit hierarchy is real.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone with a positive attitude and real personality.
  • Great with people, full of energy, and not afraid to pick up the phone.

You’ll need to:

  • Be driven and up for a challenge
  • Want to learn and improve every day
  • Have a strong work ethic (we won’t sugar-coat that bit)
  • Be a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
  • Have a full driving licence

Experience in sales or recruitment? Nice, but not essential. We’re more interested in your attitude than your CV.

The role:

This is a sales-based role (but with heart). You’ll be on the front line, speaking to new clients and sharing our passion for helping them recruit the best staff. You’ll also recruit the people who’ll work with your clients – and we’ll train you on how to do it properly.

It’s fast-paced, people-focused, and no two days are the same. But you won’t be thrown in the deep end – you’ll be supported by a close-knit team that’s here to help you succeed.

We’ve created a relaxed but ambitious culture where we back each other, laugh a lot, and take pride in doing things differently to the big corporate machines.

Why this role could change your life:

With our fantastic commission structure, you’ll have the chance to earn life-changing sums of money. There’s no cap. No threshold. Just reward for the effort you put in.

All we ask is that you bring the essentials: hard work, drive, and the determination to learn and grow. Unlike the big firms, we don’t rush development. You’ll get real training, daily support, and the space to learn properly. That’s how you build something that lasts.

Perks & Culture:

  • Uncapped commission – no threshold, no cap
  • Clear salary progression: £26k after probation, £27.5k after Year 1
  • 30 days holiday including bank holidays – increases annually
  • Christmas Eve to New Year OFF – every year
  • Early finish on your birthday
  • Regular team events & socials (we actually enjoy them)
  • Office dog (yes, he’s adorable)
  • Reduced working hours during school holidays
  • A supportive team who will train you, coach you, and back you to succeed
  • A relaxed, zero-corporate-BS culture where being yourself is encouraged

Hours:

  • Term time:
    • Monday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
    • Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
    • Thursday & Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
  • School holidays:
    • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm

If you’ve got energy, humour, and just the right amount of hustle, we’d love to hear from you.

Sound like your kind of place? Apply now – and bring snacks.
