As a Community Teaching Assistant, you'll work 1:1 with students who have transitioned out of mainstream education, guiding them on their unique educational journeys. Your mission: to create a nurturing and enjoyable learning environment tailored to each child's individual needs. Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of educators and tutors to plan and support these students' educational development.

Training and Induction: Before you start, you’ll undergo a comprehensive week-long induction to ensure you’re fully prepared for the role. This includes:
- Office-Based Learning: Spend time with our HR and Senior Leadership team to get acquainted with our processes and policies.
- Shadowing: Two full days of shadowing a Senior Member of Staff in your local area to see firsthand how we operate and to learn on the job.
This training will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role, even if you come without formal qualifications. We believe in your potential. After six months in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to enroll in a Level 3 Teaching Assistant course, fully funded by the company. This is a fantastic chance to gain a qualification that will advance your career. Upon completion, you’ll be eligible for the higher pay band as a newly qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
