The Opportunity: Your Pathway Into Education

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Unqualified Teaching Assistants to work across a range of schools and provisions in Nottingham, supporting children with SEN and SEND needs. This is a day-to-day role to begin with, with opportunities to progress into part-time, long-term, and even permanent roles as you grow with us.

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Hours: 8:15am arrival for 8:30am start – 3:30pm finish
  • Commitment: Minimum of 1 day per week (must complete at least 1 day per month/term to keep access to free CPD and workshops)

Where You’ll Work

You’ll gain valuable experience in a variety of school settings, each with its own unique approach to supporting children:

  • Mainstream Primary & Secondary Schools – Working alongside teachers to help children with additional needs, including those with EHCPs, stay engaged and thrive in a mainstream environment.
  • PRUs (Pupil Referral Units) – Supporting children who may have been excluded from mainstream education and require additional support.
