You will support people with daily routines, promote independence, and provide practical help and companionship in a respectful, person-centred way. Typical duties may include: * Supporting with personal care, washing, dressing and daily routines. * Helping with meal preparation, light household tasks and general wellbeing. * Providing companionship, reassurance and emotional support. * Assisting people to remain independent in their own homes. * Following individual care plans and reporting any changes in needs or wellbeing. What We’re Looking For No previous care experience is required for this entry-level role, as full support and training will be provided. We are looking for people with the right attitude, a caring nature and a genuine desire to help others.
