Classroom Recruiters is hiring for a small children’s home that does things properly. They want an entry level Children’s Support Worker who actually gives a damn. This isn’t a sit in the office and fill in forms job. There’s a farm on site, proper vocational activities and loads of space for children with special needs to learn, mess up, try again and grow.
You’ll be one of about six support workers who actually know the kids, their bad days, their good days, and the small wins that mean everything. If you’ve ever thought, I’d love to work with kids, but I’ve never been given the chance or the training, this is the bit where you stop talking about it and do something. You’ll be trained up as a specialist support worker, with a clear path into key worker roles.
