About the Role
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is ready to begin a career in adult care. You will support people with daily routines, promote independence, and provide practical help and companionship in a respectful, person-centred way.
Typical duties may include:
- Supporting with personal care, washing, dressing and daily routines.
- Helping with meal preparation, light household tasks and general wellbeing.
- Providing companionship, reassurance and emotional support.
- Assisting people to remain independent in their own homes.
- Following individual care plans and reporting any changes in needs or wellbeing.
