Location: Supported living small home

Positions available: 2

Salary: £31,000 – £34,000 on a 3 on / 3 off rota (plus progression opportunities!)

Hours: 3 on / 3 off – 07:15–22:00, starting salary £31,000 or 5 shifts per week – mix of Early (07:15–15:15) and Late (14:00–22:00), starting salary £24,200

About the Role: We are looking for Support Workers to work with adults aged 18+ in supported living environments. You’ll be working in a relaxed, inclusive setting where you’ll receive lots of support as you settle into your new role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a positive, person-centred environment where both staff and the people we support are genuinely valued.
