The Role You’ll Play:

As Senior Programme Manager, you’ll lead the charge on complex, high-impact initiatives that accelerate ClassPass growth across 30+ international markets. This is a role for a structured thinker, a data enthusiast, and a strategic doer who can turn ambiguity into clear action. You’ll bring cross-functional teams together, define priorities, and drive programs that shape how we operate—and thrive—on the global stage.

  • Lead cross-market programs from strategy to execution, aligning teams and timelines to key international growth goals
  • Define success metrics, track performance, and adapt plans to ensure clarity, momentum, and measurable outcomes
  • Use data fluency (Excel, SQL, BI tools) to uncover insights, identify optimizations, and guide business decisions
  • Build strong partnerships across product, finance, legal, go-to-market, pricing, and executive leadership
  • Structure complex business needs into organized, repeatable processes that scale
  • Anticipate risks and manage dependencies across teams, countries, and workstreams
  • Communicate with precision—translating data and strategy into compelling updates for senior leaders
  • Support international strategic planning and bring long-term goals to life through tactical execution

Experience You Bring:

  • 3+ years in consulting, investment banking, strategy, FP&A, business ops, or programme management at a tech-forward company
  • Sharp analytical mind with strong Excel and data modeling skills; SQL or BI tool experience a plus
  • Clear communicator who can translate complex insights into actionable plans
  • Detail-obsessed and results-driven, with a high bar for quality and precision
  • Proactive, curious, and motivated by solving open-ended business problems
  • Comfortable working across functions, time zones, and cultures to influence outcomes
  • Experienced in planning and managing multi-phase programs with many moving parts
  • Excited to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment
