As a Lifecycle Marketing Program Manager, you will lead ClassPass's consumer referral and onboarding initiatives for the UK and global markets. From the first spark of interest to longâterm loyalty, you will build thoughtful, dataâinformed journeys that connect users to the experiences they love.
This is a crossâfunctional, highâimpact role for a strategic marketer who knows how to go deep into the data and wide across teams. You will turn insights into campaigns, experiments into scaled initiatives, and ideas into results.
- Lead referral and onboarding lifecycle strategies from idea through execution and global rollout
- Use Braze and internal tools to design, build, and deploy multiâchannel lifecycle campaigns
- Identify trends and optimise referral acquisition performance across messaging, placements, and incentives
- Analyse engagement data to surface insights, shape campaign decisions, and report clear, actionable outcomes
- Create and manage A/B testing strategies that inform performance improvements across the funnel
- Collaborate with Product, and Finance teams to evolve and own the onboarding roadmap
- Build and maintain reporting on lifecycle KPIs, delivering insights that align teams and drive scale
- Influence crossâfunctional stakeholders to prioritise lifecycle marketing as a growth engine
Experience You Bring
- 3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, analytics, or another dataâled role
- Handsâon experience managing lifecycle campaigns across email, inâapp, and push channels
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from SQL and Excel
- Proven success in testing strategies and applying A/B results to drive growth
- Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative, crossâfunctional environments
- Highly organised with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
- Familiarity with Braze or a similar lifecycle marketing platform is a plus
- Experience with tools like Asana, JIRA, or other projectâmanagement platforms is preferred
