The Role You'll Play
ClassPass is on a mission to make selfâcare more accessibleâand we partner with likeâminded brands to help us do just that. As our Business Development Manager, Brand Partnerships, you'll identify and secure strategic partners who can offer ClassPass trials to their customers, helping us reach new audiences and drive growth through highâimpact collaborations. This is a midâlevel, inbound and outbound business development role for someone who's equal parts strategic thinker and persuasive closer that can unlock growth and rapid scale.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and close new brand partnerships across industries including retail, wellness, lifestyle, food & beverage, travel, and tech
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation to contract signature
- Ideate custom partnership activations, working closely with Legal and marketing counterparts to scope and execute
- Analyze and report on performance by pulling data and presenting insights on direct campaign results including acquisition, CAC, and LTV, as well as indirect impact like brand awareness and consideration
- Track performance metrics and forecast growth, building monthly projections, monitoring trends, and flagging opportunities or risks tied to acquisition and conversion goals
- Represent ClassPass externally, building relationships with potential partners that lead to scalable growth
Experience You Bring
- 3â5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development with brand, agency, or tech background preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present to seniorâlevel decision makers
- Strategic and creative thinking that allows you to tailor partnership opportunities to meet both brand and business goals
- Selfâstarter mindset who thrives in a fastâmoving, targetâdriven environment
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce to track outreach, opportunities, and results
- Comfort pulling and analyzing data, with Tableau and Snowflake experience as a plus, using insights to influence strategy
- Genuine passion for wellness, partnerships, and building relationships that last
