The Role You’ll Play
On the Marketing team, creativity, collaboration, and camaraderie come to life every day. We move fast, think strategically, and turn data into meaningful growth. As the Acquisition Marketing Manager for our Corporate business, you’ll lead the global strategy to attract employers and organizations to offer ClassPass as an employee benefit. You’ll build campaigns that connect, inspire, and convert - helping more people discover movement and wellness through their workplace.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global acquisition strategy and roadmap to generate high-quality B2B leads for ClassPass Corporate.
- Design and manage paid and organic campaigns across key channels, using data to continuously test, optimize, and improve performance.
- Use ABM (Account-Based Marketing) techniques to reach and engage high-value prospects with personalized content and experiences.
- Develop and refine nurture journeys that move prospects from curiosity to conversion.
- Partner with Sales, Product, CRO, and Creative teams to align marketing and business objectives and ensure seamless handoffs.
- Forecast and manage budgets, analyse performance data, and make informed recommendations to maximize ROI.
- Champion experimentation, testing, and iteration to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Stay ahead of trends in performance marketing and emerging technologies to keep ClassPass at the forefront of digital innovation.
Experience You Bring
- Proven success leading digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Deep experience managing budgets and exceeding lead-generation and acquisition targets.
- Strong command of marketing metrics and financial levers, including LTV, CAC, tCPA, and ROAS.
- Skilled in A/B testing, data modelling, and campaign optimization for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and optimize the customer journey.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into insights and insights into action.
- Collaborative, curious, and energized by driving impact across teams in a fast-moving environment.
